I do eat meat, yet I like the notion of serving vegetarian food at our reception.
Not so much for moral or ethical reasons (although they are worthy motivators) but because it would save money and make a nice refreshing change from chicken and steak.
The biggest obstacle for a vegetarian feast is the Mr.
He's a dedicated carnivore from a farm. He countered my money saving suggestion with an offer to slaughter a few lambs from his parents farm himself to roast on a spit.
