The start of Spring, otherwise known as the end of winter. (hooray)
Time to start my Wedding Diet. (boo)
I'm usually pretty much always on some sort of diet, so the wedding day isn't really getting any special treatment.. but I am hoping that the thought of the honeymoon bikini will give me some extra willpower.
I've got over 6 months to lose 4 kilos, which is harder than it sounds because I'm not prepared to give up going out for dinner or binge drinking. Or Christmas. And this time I don't just want to get skinny I want to get toned as well. Especially my arms. So I'll be exercising hard as well.
I know if I do it slowly and be sensible and healthy about it then it wont feel as traumatic and I am more likely to keep it off. And the last thing I want to be doing is The Soup Diet, the week before the wedding.
